Title: Auditor – Procurement
Location: Montreal
Compensation: DOE

Summary – Our client is a world class mining company with operations around the globe. We are helping them to identify an Auditor for their Montreal office to support the Procurement team. Reporting to the Manager – Governance and Risk Management, the successful candidate will support risk management activities, internal audits, SOX activities, development/enhancement of data analytic scripts, report issues to Management and support the procurement activities globally.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
● Supporting first line of defence for Procurement (Source to Contract activities and Purchase to Pay activities)
● Supporting second line of defence for enterprise wide procurement
● Supporting third line of defence activities in the procurement space
● Supporting the broader commercial compliance program

Qualifications/Experience required:
● Undergraduate degree in Business/Commercial/Finance or Supply Chain studies with an applicable designation (CPA, CIA, etc.)
● At least 5 years of experience in internal audits and data analytic
● IT knowledge/experience in data analytics development
● Experience in risk management and SOX
● Experience in working globally across diverse cultures
● Ability to present, communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels
● MS Office capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Acrobat Reader, SAP and Ariba
● English proficiency, French would be an asset
