President & Chief Executive Officer – FILLED

Our client company is a diversified junior exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with a diverse portfolio of gold, base metal and uranium properties across Canada. The Company has a significant Joint Venture partner funding one of its large projects in 2010 and 2011. The Company’s portfolio includes several wholly-owned drill-ready properties located in highly prospective geological terrains. These assets provide excellent leverage opportunity to advance through partnerships or other business arrangements that add value and reduce risk to the Company and its shareholders. The Company’s board consists of seasoned exploration, legal and mining professionals.

The Company is currently developing a strategic plan to maximize the value of its existing assets and to accelerate the Company’s growth profile. The Company is seeking an experienced executive with both a technical and keen entrepreneurial background for the position of President & CEO to develop and implement the strategic business plan and manage the day to day operations. The successful candidate will possess 15-20 or more years of operating and leadership experience at an executive level and will have strong market skills and contacts in the mining/financial community. This individual will embrace and exercise the necessary array of executive competencies and skills necessary to manage and champion the growth of the Company.
