Management Resource Consulting - MRC was founded in 1984 by Robert Schultz as an Executive Search Firm, providing highly focused talent acquisition services in two niche areas: to the Mining Industry specifically for Mining Professionals and to Industry generally for HR Professionals.
In recognition of the inevitable and constant changes in the marketplace around human capital needs – in 2006 MRC began to offer HR Consulting Services to our Mining and non-Mining clients, with the goal of enhancing their talent retention efforts as well.
